Probably my favorite restaurant in Chinatown. Ho Sai Gai is open super late, so it's always my first choice for dinner after a long day in the city, or when I'm in need of a midnight snack. Beyond that, the food is DELICIOUS. Haven't had a bad meal EVER and the wait staff is the most wonderful and friendly and fast I've ever seen. So good it's heartwarming. I'm a return customer forever.

The families new favorite restaurant when coming to the city. The food was hot and fresh and we all loved what we ordered. I had the General Tso's Spicy Chicken and recommend it if you like spicy food. Definitely coming back here again!

The best Taiwan restaurant in Philly!! Come enjoying the delicious food and hospitality! I especially love the Hakka rice dumping soup.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurant's in Philly.....Now I'm upset of the service. I personally think it caters to a certain type of ppl. My lady and i went one night before and was very pleased of the hospitality and food but now I'm disgraced of this experience my lady said she won't be coming back because of the lack of concern with the patronage. I personally agree.

Very disappointed experience. I was there at lunch time yesterday and ordered their chef special '客家小炒。" The pork is very dry and not fresh, the celery tastes like the wood, it must be in very last stage before going to trash can. And it is very hard for me to think the dish is made by a chef or even a cook, given its "色,香,味。" The Chinese take-out in my neighborhood could make a better one and charge half the price. Generally speaking the Taiwanese restaurants are making decent dishes, that's why I chose this one yesterday thinking I couldn't be too wrong. Well I was.
